Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy A non-refundable deposit is required to book. No deposit = no appointment. Need to reschedule? You can transfer your deposit once, within the same month. Running late? A 15 min delay = $15 fee. After 30 mins, your appointment will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited. Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Feeling sick? Kindly reach out and we'll find a new date. No extra guests during your appointment—it's your time to relax. Payment is accepted via e-transfer, online payment or cash (CAD). Visitor parking is available, plus Wi-Fi and light snacks to keep you comfy.
