A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Amount depends on service selected.

No deposit = no booking.

You may transfer your deposit once, as long as it’s within the same calendar month.
Note: Deposits apply toward your total balance.

15 minutes late = $15 fee

30 minutes late = $30 fee

After 30 minutes = appointment canceled + deposit forfeited

24+ hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

No-shows or same-day cancellations = deposit forfeited.

Service prices do not include transportation costs.

Uber fare receipts (to and from the location) will be provided after the service is completed and added to the final balance.

Upon confirmation of service details, a formal agreement will be shared for review and signature before the appointment can be finalized.
